All classes are taught by STOTT Pilates certified instructors using high-quality Pilates equipment to ensure precise training results.

- For beginners or those needing rehabilitation/postpartum recovery, we recommend 1-on-1 private sessions
- For those who want to exercise with friends or family, 1-on-2 sessions offer great value
- For those with a foundation who enjoy group dynamics, 1-on-3 sessions are ideal

FAQ
All private sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance
Cancellations within 24 hours count as last-minute cancellations
One last-minute cancellation is allowed; the second deducts one class credit
No-shows without notice deduct one class credit immediately
Drop-in trio (1v3) classes must be canceled at least 5 hours in advance or the credit is forfeited
Drop-in students who cancel more than 3 times in a week cannot book additional classes that week
All classes must be booked 24 hours in advance
Each class lasts 50 minutes
If only one student attends, the class shortens to 35 minutes or you can pay the difference to upgrade to a private session
Classes start and end on schedule; late arrivals cannot extend the session
5-class packages are valid for 2 months
10-class packages are valid for 4 months
25-class packages are valid for 9 months
Validity begins on the date of your first class
With a doctor’s note, extensions are available for special circumstances (pregnancy or serious illness)
Expired classes cannot be extended, refunded, or transferred
Cancel more than 24 hours before class for a full refund
Cancel between 24 and 1 hour before class for a refund minus a 10% handling fee
Cancel within 1 hour before class for a refund minus a 30% handling fee
No refunds after the class begins
Refund calculation:
Deduct a 10% handling fee from the package price to cover studio operating costs
Deduct completed classes at the per-class rates below:
1v1 Private Session: $90/class
1v2 Duet Session: $60/class
1v3 Trio Session: $50/class
Group Mat Class: $40/class
1v1 Prenatal Session: $130/class
Group Prenatal Class: $60/class
Refund any remaining balance; if the balance is ≤ 0, no refund is issued
Promotional bonus classes
Bonus classes from promotions are voided during refunds and do not count toward remaining classes
Transferring classes
Students may transfer remaining class balances to another person
The studio does not help find a recipient or set transfer pricing; we only process the balance transfer
Students are responsible for their own health conditions
All students must sign the Liability Waiver before class
Instructors may restrict participation if a health concern makes class unsafe
